Products to be dried are arranged in the drying chamber according to specifications. The air in the drying chamber is extracted, reducing the pressure to a vacuum state. In this vacuum and negative pressure environment, the capillary pores on the surface of the material open, allowing the water inside the product to evaporate or freeze and sublimate, achieving the drying purpose.
Infrared technology in the drying chamber has the ability to penetrate, enabling simultaneous heating of both the inside and outside of the material, ensuring uniform temperature. Additionally, in a vacuum environment, the boiling point of water is lower, which helps retain the nutritional components while saving energy.
